In the heart of it all - Times Square, Hard Rock Cafe, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Fifth Avenue Shopping, Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Grand Central Station, Central Park, Carnegie Hall are all within walking distance of the apartment. Many Broadway theaters to choose from so you can see Broadway shows to your heart's content.

This apartment is located in the Theater District. Restaurant Row (46th St) is just 1 block away, so is the Port Authority Bus Station. The 42nd St Times Square subway station has trains to take you to the Empire State Building, Macy's, Chinatown, Statue of Liberty, just to name a few.

There is a large capacity A/C to keep you cool throughout the summer and central heating to keep you warm and toasty in the winter.

For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen HDTV and WIFI. Bed linens, towels, kitchen towels, bathroom cleaning supplies, trash bins and trash bags, toilet paper rolls are some of the things provided. Cooking utensils, dinnerware and drink ware are also included. We even have umbrellas in the clothes closet just in case it rains!

Our gift shop downstairs is an extra benefit and convenience. It allows guests who check out at 11:00 am but have later flights to leave their locked luggage in the shop. Similarly, guests who arrive earlier than the check in time of 3:30 pm may do the same.

Location, location, location!

This property is within walking distance of a Times Square, many great theaters, Hell’s Kitchen, Saks, Radio Music Hall and more. It was clean and provided all of our needs. We would stay again.

The whole attraction to this apartment is the location! Very easy to walk to all the locations and subway. We would stay here again for the location. Very easy check in and check out with the gift shop downstairs. Important information, this is a third floor walkup, fine for us, but important for any visitors that may have any limitations. Everything was very clean except the shower has mold stains. Plenty of towel available. Owner is very responsive to emails. We had a great stay!

Mother/daughter trip to NYC

This was a senior trip for my daughter and we wanted to be in the middle of Manhatten for the experience. The property was just as advertised: small, but functional and GREAT location. Read reviews of it being noisy, but it didnt bother us at all. We were SO close to all the theatres, so catching a last minute show was no problem either. If we ever come back for an all-theatre trip, we would definitely stay here again. Property owner was very easy to deal with!

New Years Eve in New York

My boyfriend and I wanted a place right near times square in New York and this was the perfect location. The property was very clean, secure and it was noisy but that is what you get when you are right in the heart of the city. We wore ear plugs at night which helped. Capri always responded which was reassuring. The property was similar to the pictures however the walls had scuffs and the ceiling had damaged which was repaired but noticeable (this place is not a 4-5 star hotel but a place to stay for its location). Overall we wanted just a place to sleep and keep our belongings and it was perfect for this.

Right in Midtown. Times Sq. is round the corner

Simple, but efficient mini apt. . 1st floor on th 8th ave., of course it's noisy, but this is Manhattan. Inside all you need. Bed is queen size. The owner is flexible, and even if it doesn't appear, the persons that act in his name are friendly. I recomend this solution if you are looking for something informal.

Times Square

We had a great time. The location of this property is great, especially if you like the theatre. We saw 2 plays, within easy walking distance. The market is really nice and close too. We got in early and it was easy to drop off our bags at the gift shop as described. The place is clean, the kitchen is equipped and the bathroom is stocked with lots of towels. The beds were comfortable. It’s a great idea to bring earplugs. I was a little afraid of the noise factor but trusted other reviewers and brought earplugs. I am a light sleeper but I just needed that little bit of help and it was absolutely fine. We ate out and walked many miles. Had a great time!! I recommend this place and will stay again!

The place was clean and quiet and very much like the pictures represent. Nothing Fancy.... But frankly, you can not beat this location!!! Walking distance to Hell's Kitchen, Broadway, Time square within minutes... and easy access to subway and Tour Buses. Frankly, we left in the morning and didn't ever return until around 11pm most days... So we were all about the location. Friends of ours stayed Right in time square, paid 3X more than we did, and didn't sleep a wink due to the noise and lights. We slept well..

Great location. Nice apartment.

We came to NY to see a bunch of shows. We stayed for several days around Memorial Day. The apartment location is very convenient and is within walking distance of all of the Broadway theaters. The apartment is very clean. I am a light sleeper. Because it is in the heart of NY, there is some traffic noise at night, which is easily taken care of with ear plugs. This is our second time to rent the apartment, and we plan to rent it again in the future.

Die Wohnung ist für drei Personen gut geeignet. Super ausgestattete Küche, sauber, zuverlässige Kommunikation, es hat alles prima geklappt. Der einzige Minuspunkt sind die völlig unzureichend dichtenden Fenster. Es war sehr laut und die Fenster war mit Tesa verklebt, so dass wir kein Fenster öffnen könntet. Es gibt jedoch eine Lüftungsanlage.

The condo is centrally located to Times Square and to the theater district, plus a number of excellent restaurants. It's also just steps away from a Subway stop and the owner responses very quickly. There is a shop on the first floor that sells all sorts of NYC hats/tshirts/postcards, etc. If you're looking for an up to date or fancy condo, this isn't it. Staying in the rear of the building unit is only slightly quieter from the busy street noise. Hopefully the condo doorknob and bathroom sink facet got fixed.

Incredible Stay!

I spent 15 nights in this apartment and could not have been more satisfied. The unit was clean and well maintained with a few rough edges (but it is a 100+ year old building!). The bathroom was well stocked with plenty of clean towels. The kitchen had everything needed to cook basic meals (plates, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils) including a coffee maker and toaster. Both the bed and the futon were comfortable, and the AC kept the apartment cool and dry during my hot, humid late June stay. Little extras like the umbrellas in the closet came in handy during a short rainstorm one afternoon, and the WIFI was good enough to stream HULU and Netflix with no problem. The best thing about the apartment is the location. You are literally steps away from Times Square and Broadway. I saw three shows while I was in NYC walking to all of them in under five minutes, and spent countless hours relaxing and people watching in Times Square. To go anywhere else in NYC multiple subway stations were just a few minutes walk. The owner responded quickly to emails, and the staff in the gift shop were helpful and friendly. Great location, excellent value, awesome NYC vacation!

The location was right in Times Square, convenient for food, drinks, and Broadway shows. Went into it expecting a lot of noise, but it wasn't too bad. The unit is on the third floor, so beware of stairs. Overall, very convenient, easy check in/out process, and newish space, would book again!
