Parking was easy the room was dated and very dirty. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced. It smells very mildewy. The breakfast in the morning was OK the surrounding area there isn’t really much it’s more of like an industrial area which is fine. We knew what we were getting into But I would not suggest staying here if you want someplace that’s clean they limit how many towels they give you and the staff could have better demeanor towards people

Beware of pets!

Property allows pets. Barking dogs in the room next-door kept our friends awake most of the night. Since the hotel was fully booked, it was almost impossible for them to switch rooms. The staff could really do nothing to help.

You need to let your guests know ahead of time about your incident fee. Holding extra money when you check in is slimy. If I knew about it, it wouldn't have been a problem.

The room was clean and staff were nice. However I didn’t realize the hotel had low income family rental rooms. Even though I stayed on the non smoking floor, I smelled weed.
