Had a nice stay here, great gym, close to a lot of places on our itinerary and the subway. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only one drawback, we asked about a late checkout when we checked in, everyone kept saying maybe... But have to wait until day of. Then come to find out we were never going to get one as they were full the next day. That makes sense, but as we were leaving (a big storm was coming) the front desk said if we get stuck they have plenty of room.... So which is it?

looks nothing like it does in these photos. Also, when my husband got out of bed this morning, I used Band-Aid came out of the sheets. I mentioned to the front desk. No real reaction on their part. And I paid a fortune for the room.

Hotel Indigo Williamsburg is a must stay!

We loved our stay! The hotel is modern and very clean. The rooms are spacious compared to many NYC hotels. The staff were all really attentive and helpful. The area is very walkable and near many train stops. My partner and I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff are very responsible and helpful. I forgot to take out stuff from the save box. Called hotel reception and the service manager took care of this right away. I got my stuff back safely.
