Hotel has a great location, comfortable beds, and an outstanding Irish Bar across the street( Connollys) if you book in advance and avoid peak months, the price is reasonable too.. Concierge staff are always helpful with directions and suggestions Plus, there is a Starbucks next door for morning coffee

Location to everything was amazing. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had one small problem and they fixed it. I would stay again. Again, location to the heart of New York was fabulous!

The room was clean and comfortable. It is an older hotel, so they switch it to heat in the winter, so there is no way to turn the A/C on. The room stayed rather warm. I had to keep the windows open. The staff was nice. It is in an amazing location.

We had a great weekend stay at the Millennium Time Square Hotel. There is so much to do within walking distance and so many places and vendors to eat at. Our show was a short walk away and the room was very comfortable. The concierge was very helpful and friendly! We would definitely recommend and stay in the future.

The air conditioning did not work. We asked the concierge, who indicated that the AC is not on for the whole building-only heat. Our room temp was consistently 76 degrees which is warm for sleeping. We had to turn off the thermostat and open windows to try to cool it off. The ice machine on our floor was broken, so we took the stairs to the floor below to obtain ice. The lobby smelled of sulphur - very off putting. Maybe from the heat in the building being on?!? Not sure, but it smelled badly. Both the room and the bathroom were quite large, that’s the only positive thing I have to say. The furnishings in our room were very outdated and overused. Scrapes, stains, watermarks all over the dresser, nightstand, and side tables. Carpet was worn out in areas. The TV is large and new/nice, but it is so big it covered the only mirror in the entire room! The bathroom had moldy spots on the ceiling, the walls had finger and hand prints, and the floor area around the toilet had urine marks (like it had not been mopped). We had two queen beds- one bed looked like it had already been slept on - the sheets were wrinkled and there was hair on them. We slept in the other bed, which looked ok. Bottom line, it was ok for the short time we stayed. I didn’t complain because we were only there to sleep, but I would definitely not pick this hotel again in the future or recommend it to others.

Overrated for the amount of money we paid for the room. Room was old and outdated but bed was comfortable. Bathroom was disgusting, tub and toilet backing up. Smells old and mildew, I will not be returning to the hotel. Everything was walking distance and very convenient

For the amount of money paid to stay here. I was disappointing. The bathtub clogged with hair in the drain. I didnt want to use the shower. The toilet wouldnt completely flush most of the time. We were on the 40th floor. It was hot everyday and night, we were told that we couldnt get any ac at this time of year. It was so hot we opened the door to the room because the hallway was cooler. Our housekeeper Linda was very nice, she made sure we got everything we needed. She was the bright spot of the stay. Your employees, the doorman was outside cursing at a cabbie that pulled up in front of the hotel, never opened a door for anyone i saw. The men at the concierge desk were very intimidating. I was too scared to even approach. Not one employee smiled ever. The whole time i was there. For the cost it wasnt worth it. The location is what we paid for. It wont happen again. No amenities.

Excellent location. It was close to all the things we wanted to go to. The lobby was nice. The staff extremely helpful! The option to store your luggage was a lifesaver. Our room was awesome and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
