The room was clean and comfortable. It is an older hotel, so they switch it to heat in the winter, so there is no way to turn the A/C on. The room stayed rather warm. I had to keep the windows open. The staff was nice. It is in an amazing location.

We arrived at 5:00 p.m. for the 4 p.m. check in and was told our room would not be ready until 9-9:30 p.m. They offered to put us in a room with a king instead of 2 doubles. We were tired so we shared a bed. But I paid for the king. The room was spacious but not clean. The sheets were ok clean, the shower /tub did not drain. It is a great location and has a lovely lobby. We asked for a coffee pot, fan, and small refrigerator and those things were supplied.

When we arrived, we were told we couldn’t check into our room until 9 PM instead of 4 PM because they were having issues. We then had to change clothes in the gym bathroom and wait around for five hours to get our rooms. We had requested double beds several months ago, and they didn’t have any available when we got there. We then had to request a roller bed and had to wait 1.5 hours to get it. There was no remote control so we had to call maintenance to have them bring us one. The AC wasn’t working. The coffee pot was broken.
