Hotel was very dirty.. they lied about free parking, it smelled like weed .. I had a horrible stay.. I had to get my room changed because they gave me a dirty room.. I really wanted my money back!!!!

I usually love this hotel and have stayed here many times over the years. However, this time, when we arrived their key card system wasn’t working. We had long lines to check-in and were not provided our keys. Security let us into our rooms and we were given an empty envelope and told to come back to the theatre desk where we could pick up keys. When we did that, we were told to go stand in line all over again to get our keys. This line was time-consuming late at night because they didn’t separate out those with empty envelopes from those who were literally checking in for the first time. We were provided the same excuse that their new key system wasn’t working which quite frankly should NOT have been OUR problem. Front desk staff were seen standing around with apparently nothing to do while we waited in yet another long line. Thankfully, Daniel who had checked me in many hours earlier and was on his way home, went back behind the desk and got us our keys. Thank you Daniel!

One of the worst Hilton chain of hotels I have ever staid, also the staff was rude and unhelpful they charged me for the room with view but the room was broken so transferred me to one of the lowest floors without even compensating for the higher cost which they charged before and on top of that staff was rude, will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
