This property has four large spacious bedrooms with two rooms on the first floor and two on the second. The property has six beds total. This includes two queen beds, one king, one twin bed and one bunk bed (combination of one queen bed under and one twin bed up). It has two bathrooms, a full bathroom on the first floor and another bathroom upstairs. The first floor includes a living room, full kitchen, and dining room.

The property is in a quiet residential area in the borough of Queens, New York City. Easy access to Grand Central Parkway, about 30 minutes' drive to Manhattan, or you can take the subway F train to bring you to Manhattan or all the way to Brooklyn. The bus is 1 block away to take you to 179th Street for your subway ride and bus transfer to La Guardia Airport or JFK. The maximum occupancy is six.
We do not allow parties with outsiders or friends you invite. We also do not accept residents living within the five boroughs of New York City to rent our property. Our house is intended for traveling professionals who accept assignments to work in New York or families traveling for leisure and to explore the city.

Perfect place to recover from major surgery

This home was the perfect place for me to stay, and have my family with me as I recovered from a major surgery. My kids are 8 & 6. They loved to play in the back yard, and across the street at the playground. The ice cream truck drove by every day, much to their delight. Also we often went to Cunningham Park, less than a mile away. The house has two bedrooms down starts and two upstairs. The downstairs bathroom had handicap rails in the bathroom and a shower pik shower head. The upstairs bathroom looks newly remodeled. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. The host did all our laundry for us, which ended up being a wonderful blessing to not have to do that chore. This house is located pretty close to both North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish. It was a really good place to be to recover from my surgery and have my kids, husband, and parents with me. Oh, and it only took us 15min to drive to The Westbury Mall, which he Whole Foods and a Trader Joe’s. Good location, nice sized home, clean, nice back yard, wonderful and kind host.
