While we were generally satisfied with the accommodations, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the nook containing the coffee maker and under the beds. The shower drain was particularly slow and the water pipes from an adjacent or upper room created an obnoxious vibration whenever the occupant showered. On the other hand, the staff was extremely welcoming and polite throughout our stay. Perhaps, it was just a rare occurrence as this was our second stay there. The location is ideal because it is not busy like the other areas and still close enough for a nice walk to places of interest. I suppose we would consider staying there again if there were no other familiar options.

We had a great stay! The staff is very inviting and helpful, the rooms are very clean and the hotel overall is quiet. There were some minor noises heard from other rooms but nothing crazy at all. The decor is a bit dated but rooms are well appointed and spacious. And very comfortable beds! We will definitely return.

This was our second time staying at this property. The rooms are very spacious considering it’s midtown Manhattan. The staff is friendly and attentive! Brian, our concierge did an excellent job from start to finish making sure our luggage was cared for and giving us some local knowledge. We truly enjoyed our experience which was very similar to our first experience and we hope to stay at this property again.
