The room was very clean and modernized! Ad said hotel had coffee and tea in common area and a restaurant neither of which is true. When I asked about the coffee in the common areas the front desk person said yes you bring down your coffee from your room and drink it in the common areas!

Overall the Hotel is great. Friendly check-in, room was just right, clean and actually looked like the pictures. However, location in Brooklyn is somewhat sketchy and though you can't always control this, it would be nice to have a designated quite time. Guests were up late talking in the halls and it sounded like they were directly outside our door. In the morning the cleaning staff were yelling back and forth asking each other questions. Not the best night of sleep for us.

Thank you for your honest feedback of The Brooklyn. While I wish that we are able to control the noise level of our guests, it can be challenging. I will certainly be speaking with the Housekeeping team about the amount of noise that they are making in the morning.
The rooms that are located on the first floor tend to be more quiet, the next time that you book, just make the request through Travelocity and we will do our best to accomodate you.

I had a suite and it was great. Very comfortable, clean, everything looked new. Very pleased with the choice of the hotel. Less then 10 minute drive from Barclays Center.
