Really nice place to stay. One block off of the beach. Great patio, availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and awesome patio. Little funky layout in the living room, but not a huge issue. The AC doesn't cool down, never got below 71 degrees and it was warm outside. All in all, terrific value, excellent host, and the weather was fantastic! Will definitely come back :)

Annual Autumn Beach Getaway

This is the nicest property we have rented in Newport Beach in all the years we have done this annual vacation to visit my aunt. The beach is so close that my aunt could walk to it easily. We had a great time here. My family was super comfortable. We came down for my son’s college graduation. Richard welcomed us, gave us a quick tour and we settled right in to a lovely beach weekend.
