Our 3 bedroom/3 bath upstairs unit on the Newport Beach Peninsula is thoughtfully-appointed, immaculate and stylish. This is just the right space for a refreshing beach getaway, surrounded by all the modern conveniences, including two living rooms and kitchens, as well as a Roof-Top Deck! Situated just one block from the 50th Street beach! Here's what you'll find:

All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! World class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, etc. Contact us for more information!

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Beautiful Property, Excellent Stay!

We had 2 families: 4 kids (3-12 yrs), 2 young adults (19-12), and 4 adults. The accommodations were perfect! The layout was ideal. The bonus room in the back was for the young adults, and lots of doors to close in between the rooms for noise control. The master bedrooms with attached bathrooms were a big plus. This unit was Beautifully decorated, beds were A in comfort and location was excellent. A one minute walk to the sand! Having the carport and 1 garage was really nice. Tons of beach chairs and sand toys, boogie boards, etc. Plenty of extra blankets and we had everything we needed. The property Management company (Beachview Rentals) provided excellent customer service. We loved this property and look forward to our next trip.

We were in town for a family gathering and this space really facilitated our time together. Loved the 2 kitchens! Great sleeping accommodations and location to other areas like the beach or the "downtown". Many places within the unit to sit and chat with family. Super quiet at night. House was very nice, neighborhood not so much

The house was great, clean, however as soon as we walked in the smell of pot filled the front room pretty badly, we had to close the windows and the doors to block it from going into the bedrooms, the below guests from another rental company were smoking night and day and then thumping music till about 12am, the actual residents across the driveway were the loudest of all and it seemed to be on purpose to make the rental guests unhappy, the husband kept trying to hit cars driving by witha yellow plastic shovel

The property looks exactly like the pictures. It is well laid out and in a great location. A few comments....wifi is terrible and would have liked to have bikes provided in the garage. I would stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Family Beach Vacation

Family of 6 - 4 kids 5 and under and and second family of 4 - 2 kids 3 and 1. The house setup was more than sufficient. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, the kids rooms was perfect. The back “living room/kitchen” had numerous additional sleeping arrangements if needed for teenagers if needed. If we return I’d book again here no questions asked. To clear up some other reviews - the second kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, 2 washers/dryers, linens, pots and pans, plates and silverware. My only “advice is some of outside furniture is due for some replacement as sea air tends to deteriorate that but I’m confident the management will clear that up. Also rented bikes and they delivered it to the house making the trip so relaxing and enjoyable.

Awesome location

The property is in an amazing location. It was very clean and offered comfortable beds. We could easily walk to the beach with two five years. The property provided beach towels and chairs. The layout is a bit odd with a kitchen and living room located on both ends of the property. The weather was chilly when we were there and the kitchen and living area closest to the beach has no heat making it unusable until the sun warmed it up later in the day. A very nice place overall.
