From Carrera marble surfaces and custom tilework to hardwood flooring, crank windows for ocean breezes, and smart home features, every detail has been carefully curated for comfort and style. Enjoy the sound of the waves from your front patio and effortless access to the shoreline just steps away.

LIVING & DINING AREAS:
The ground-level living space features a comfortable sofa set, a gas fireplace, and a TV, all within an open-concept layout that flows seamlessly into the kitchen and front patio. La Cantina accordion glass doors open fully to create an indoor-outdoor living experience filled with natural light and ocean air.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Pets: This home welcomes a maximum of one pet (dogs only). Size and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2–4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, one twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) is provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mat by making advance arrangements with our office.

Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer is located along the second-floor hallway, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.

Parking: One carport parking space is available and accommodates most vehicles, with access from the rear alley. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

What a lovely place for more fabulous memories, the house is lovely and location only a few steps to the beach. We hired bikes and cycled along to the Wedge one day and also just enjoyed the beach and the sea.

Overall, this is a great property! Excellent location and the unit itself was very nice. This is a great place to rent for a family or group of friends. There were a few concerns, however the property manager addressed them quickly and sent someone to help right away. We enjoyed our stay and would love to rent this property again!

This home has it all

This home has it all - it's well apportioned and so close to the beach. The home was well decorated, the beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were very clean. It was easy to settle in and feel right at home the second you arrive. The collapsable wall across the front allows for hearing the ocean waves and enjoying the fresh ocean air without having the constant foot traffic that you'd get if you were on the boardwalk. Overall it was a great stay and I'd be happy to stay again!

Great Beach House - Great Location

Great spacious beach house. Stayed here with our four young kids. Walked the few houses down to the beach each day, loved the push open doors + fun rooftop deck. Kitchen is stocked very well, had everything we needed! And really appreciated having a broom and vacuum in the house- you don’t usually get that in a VRBO! So nice to be able to do a quick clean up after our kiddos. Also wanted to highlight the super quick responses we got from Beachview when we had questions. Would definitely book again!

Loved our time!

We had a great time with our family! The kitchen is well designed and loved how they decorated the place! There were only two issues: lots of flies! Needed a fly swater. Secondly, there is a sound in the master bath of a pipe that needs fixing. You can hear it all through the night.

Perfect location!

Steps to the beach, fully equipped, and very clean. Rental company was responsive and helpful. Several maintenance issues in the house: top deck door was difficult to open and shut, paint chipped on kitchen island and chips on lots of cabinetry, liv room rug needs cleaning, wine fridge doesn’t fit in its space, downstairs bedroom toilet isn’t secured to the ground, low water pressure in downstairs shower, front porch light blinks on and off in the evening. None ruined the weekend but honestly expected better quality at this price point.Otherwise a good stay…

Location is great

The location of the property is great, but the photos are a little bit misleading as the condition of the property has changed since it’s been photographed. There was cat hair all over the chairs outside. The listing boasts that there is a washer and dryer but they don’t provide laundry pods or dryer sheets. The local grocery store sells them of course but in a huge quantity. We spent 5000 for three nights and was disappointed that they couldn’t provide laundry pods, especially when we called to inquire. The logic doesn’t make sense because dishwasher has pods. Make sure to pack your own!

Great location and house is new, but worn a bit. Chair arms torn, glassware in kitchen lacking, low quality coffee maker that was filthy. They only provided 6 wash clothes & towels for 4 nights. Having accommodations for 6 people, means we had to do laundry in order to have clean towels daily. This rental is located under another rental unit and footsteps from them is very loud. The heaters on patio didn’t work properly. Only 1 of 4 heaters worked, which was useless. Like I said, location was great, but house needs TLC

Interesting mix

The property was very new or very recently renovated. It had several items marked with tape in the unit for repair, which seemed odd. It had lots of expensive upgrades and appliances, but the freezer door would not shut properly, the Keurig coffee maker did not work, and the upstairs shower fixtures were loose. The Owner or PM did provide an inexpensive coffee maker to replace the Keurig. It is a very attractive unit to look at. The various issues with appliances and plumbing detracted from the stay overall.

Whole house wasn't ours.

Disappointed with this house. I specifically picked this house because I thought all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors would be mine for the week. Nowhere in the details does it say it's broken up and that the 2nd and 3rd story above me would be rented out. Installation was terrible...I could hear their every move, every toilet flush, and it was very noisy throughout the night. The description said it's a brand new condo but walls and doorways needed some touching up, and shower faucet hardware were loose. Master bedroom mattress was so cheap and uncomfortable that on the 2nd night we had to sleep upstairs. Also, the double bed was so squeeky, anytime my son would move we'd hear it in the other bedroom. I wish the owners would spend alittle bit of money to make this home more comfortable, more of a home away from home.

Just had the best stay here!

The house was exactly as pictured. The check in process was a breeze. It was also amazing, we rented a few beach cruisers, a surfboard and a wagon through beach view and they were just waiting for us at the house when we arrived! It was great having the accordion doors that opened to the patio and another great touch was the heaters on the patio it was a little chilly during our stay so we definitely utilized those. The location was amazing as well just a few houses from the beach and the parking spot was big enough to fit our large van but there was also street parking available through out our stay so we used that on occasion. They really thought of everything at this rental and it was a great experience and we can't wait to come back next year!
