Location is excellent. There is a small sliver of ocean view from the balcony between the houses across the street. Rental is very well stocked with bikes, beach chairs, beach activity stuff, cooking items. Grill on the balcony was fun to use. Parking was great. 100% cotton towels which is rare in hotels now. Host responded very quickly and got heater issue resolved almost immediately.Had some tiny black ants coming into bathroom and kitchen, be sure to keep all food and sugar containing items (ex. cough drops) in sealed containers or in the fridge.

This home was so comfortable, and the location was so great we debated extending our stay. We had a pretty relaxing few days here. The home layout is pretty nice. The beds were comfortable for us, and the kids loved the bunkbed / trundle set up they had. Stephanie was also very helpful and responsive whenever we had a question. When we are in LA next year we will definitely be looking to come back here, I can see why so many reviews are repeat visitors! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean and supplied everything we needed for cooking and BBQ’ing. The house came fully stocked with bikes and everything you need for the beach, which is just steps away. I would highly recommend staying here. The driveway was a huge bonus too!

The price and quiet location were excellent! The parking spaces are definitely needed. The washer and dryer are an added bonus. There was a lot of beach stuff for our use in the garage, however, we just used the bikes (we could not get the locks to work). We did not cook, but the only consumable supplies in the kitchen were coffee filters and dish washing supplies. I really feel the place needs some love and a good cleaning. I lived on the beach for decades and understand how the salt air adds a layer of dust to things, but it was been awhile since things like portable fans, blinds (that you will want to open), floors, etc. have been cleaned. For starters, the bed was not a queen as listed, the blinds in the room where too small to cover the window, and the overhead fan did not work, etc. If you are okay with things being broken and dusty, you will love the location and the peek a view of the waves from the patio.

The location of the property was fantastic and it was great having two parking spaces. Wouldn't come back though until a few repairs were made. The mirrored closet doors had cracks across them. The outside patio furniture was completely rusted and it was flaking off. The tile was broken and lifted on the front balcony. All of these are safety concerns. With a little care it could be a fantastic property.

Being a block of the beach was wonderful. The house was very nice. Items Didn’t work correctly. The microwave is broken. The heater is broken and it was a very cold weekend. The front door lock needs to be changed as it is very difficult to turn the key and lock open and closed
