Hot Tub, Large Private patio, Gas Fire Place, etc.. One Bedroom, One bath, Cozy Living room, stained wood ceiling. Interior Dining room for 6 (8 counting bar seating) and exterior lounge seating for 6-8, picnic table for 6 and hot tub for 6! Covered Parking available for 1 vehicle on property. Perfect distance between the Ferry to the beach and Marine Avenue where you will find great shops, bars and restaurants island style!

One of the best rentals we've stayed at on the island. Having designated parking spot makes leaving the island stress-free, although street parking was plentiful. Overall a super comfortable place that was clean and was stocked with everything you need.

We had a wonderful quiet stay. Very fun island to stay on and we were able to take day trips to Laguna and Dana Point while here. Very convenient and nice and peaceful area. Perfect Balboa Island Getaway

This Balboa Island cottage is such a gem. Located within a block of the water and a short stroll to the main street shops/restaurants and the ferry, we didn’t need the car at all. Everything was clean, tidy and well presented. The hot tub and firepit sitting area outside were such a treat. We would definitely stay here again.
