Overall a good experience. The hotel has restaurants and mini-markets very close with many more options available within 10 minute walk. Beach is a very short walk away. Only issue we had was someone pulled the fire alarm at 5am.

Room was basic, but functional. It wasn't very clean-- it needed a good dusting and the floors were covered in sand/dirt. The undersides of the bed or under furniture hadn't been cleaned in ages and were very dirty.

ADA VIOLATIONS & HARASSMENT Not disability friendly, staff was extremely unpleasant, staff parks in the handicap spots, $30 for additional parking every night per car and rooms/hotel did not look like the ads and or photos.

That photo is NOT the Newport Beach location. Staff was pleasant but lazy. Luggage cart was "missing" and employee "just didn't know where it could be" and did not look for it! Parking rate jumping to $30/night from $20/night is extreme. Still, sign reads park at your own risk. Refrigerator froze bottled water, could not adjust that temp.
