Booking here is a bit anxiety inducing-you never know what the condition of the rooms will be. For the price I feel you should feel confident knowing your room will be clean and in good repair-not always the case. This one had a terrible smell-not necessarily the mold smell that’s common but something else -perhaps carpet at a beachfront isn’t the best idea. Also the bed needs to be replaced and hard surfaces like nightstands, dressers, desks, phones, remotes should be cleaned between guests as standard practice. This room had not been. "
