The place was nice to stay in but my main complaint is communication. All other beach houses we have rented, comunication was always prompt. It took 24 hours to hear back from the host. Also, there is construction still going on in the building. Tried to sleeo in just a little one day because we were all so exhausted but the sawing started at 7 am! Not only that, we drove a black truck to CA and left with so much saw dust and black stuff from the construction! I was hoping it would have blown off on the drive but it did not! I just paid for a detail before we took it on our trip! I knew it wouldn't stay clean but leaving with saw dust all over it was not something I expected to happen. It would have been nice to be guven a heads up that there was still construction going on in the building. I let the host know what happen, but never got a response back!

Good location. Our ground floor unit is nicely decorated. TV has Prime, Netflix, etc., but doesn’t have major networks (ABC,NBC, CBS or ESPN) so college and NFL football games are unavailable. Walls and ceiling are not soundproof. Foot traffic and sound from upstairs unit was annoying.

The condo itself is wonderful with a great location. As long as you have no problems during your stay you will be fine. This unfortunately was not our experience. Upon arrival we found a major maintenance project underway for the condo building the block several of the parking spaces including those assigned to the condo we were staying in. We were not notified ahead of the stay that parking would not be available and after contacting the owner she was unable to provide any solution for us. The overnight lot we found was half a mile away and charged 130 per 24hours. The only solution provided by the owner was to cancel. We left after one night and did receive a refund.

You can’t beat this location!! What an amazing place- with two parking spots! Almost unheard of in this area. Great space, big rooms and large couch in living room. Really enjoyed just hanging out on the porch with a gorgeous sunset every night. Easy walking distance to lots of places to eat. The house has just starter pack of items, so ok for a few days but if staying a week I would bring extra. There’s nothing in the fridge but some spices in the cupboard if you need. Would absolutely stay again!

Love this property!

I have spent many years traveling to Mission Beach Pacific Beach area and stayed at many different places. This is my new favorite place to stay! This property is perfectly located. It’s adorable inside. It’s right on the boardwalk so close to some great restaurants and shops. The property manager was super accommodating for us, you won’t find a better spot!
