Living Spaces

When you enter Villa Paradiso, you’ll be greeted by the warm, friendly on-site staff, who are ready to cater to your every wish. The open floor plan living space feels expansive with a sprawling layout and 45-foot vaulted ceilings. In the elegantly furnished living room, plush sofas are arranged in a circular pattern, creating the perfect configuration for gathering with your favorite people. Wood columns and doorways lend warmth to the inviting space, and French doors open to a 63-foot covered veranda.

Juliet balconies and a loft space overlook the living room and a dramatic winding staircase leads upstairs to the cozy loft. Arranged as a library, it hosts bookcases, comfy sofas, and a workspace with a desk for those times when you need to check in with the office.

Kitchen & Dining

At Villa Paradiso, the spacious and well-equipped kitchen is presided over by our private chef, who will prepare every meal to your liking. Whether you’d like to shop for your own groceries or provide our staff with your requests and pay the grocery store directly, we’ll make sure the cuisine wows you throughout your stay.

When it’s time to savor your feast, gather in the beautifully furnished formal dining room, where colonial mahogany furniture adds a touch of elegance to the dining experience. Outside on the expansive covered veranda, there are multiple options for al fresco dining as well.

The ideal getaway for groups of up to 18 guests, Villa Paradiso has 8 luxurious bedroom suites that can be rented in multiple configurations of 5, 6, 7 or 8 bedrooms.The rental rate does depend on how many bedrooms you need to house your party. However many bedrooms you need, the entire Villa Paradiso property will always be exclusively yours. With three bedrooms upstairs, two downstairs, a king bedroom suit off the terrace, and two in the separate cottage, the villa has an ideal layout for multiple families or groups. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning unit, and ceiling fan for your privacy and comfort. Some have picturesque ocean views, while others have access to a balcony or the poolside terrace.

Follow your morning coffee with a stroll along our private 150-foot white sand beach and a peaceful morning relaxing on a lounge chair set in the sand. Take a refreshing dip in the large private freshwater swimming pool, then set up under an umbrella on a cushioned chaise poolside while our staff makes your favorite cocktail. Surrounded by palm trees and lush tropical landscaping and with views of the beach, the backyard space truly is an oasis.

On days you’re not out exploring Ocho Rios, you’ll enjoy afternoon naps on the hammock, relaxing soaks in the 10-foot whirlpool, digging your toes into the sand, and floating in the pool. Multiple lounge areas with comfortable cushioned outdoor seating offer your choice of gathering spots on the expansive covered veranda. Ceiling fans will keep you comfortable while you relax in the shade. In a location this beautiful, meals are best enjoyed outside, whether at the beautiful outdoor dining table for fourteen or under the pergola in the BBQ area.

The Neighborhood

Villa Paradiso is located beachfront within the gates of the exclusive Mammee Bay Estate, with its own 150-foot white sand beach. Just five miles west of Ocho Rios and four miles east of St. Ann’s Bay on the North Coast of Jamaica, you’ll have endless opportunities for adventure when you leave the community’s gates.

Ocho Rios is a popular destination, a beautiful port town with a picturesque beach surrounded by rainforest, rivers, and waterfalls.

Just 10 minutes from the villa, visit Dolphin Cove to swim with dolphins or the newest attraction, Mystic Mountain, with a chairlift, mountain-top infinity pool and restaurant, ziplining, and an exciting alpine coaster. Equally close, climb and swim in the world-famous Dunn’s River Falls, a 180m terraced waterfall with stunning lagoon pools.

Blue Hole, 30 minutes away, is just as magical, with a meandering riverside nature trail in the hills above Ocho Rios leading to a stunning lagoon at the base of a waterfall. Or you can raft down the White River through lush tropical scenery on a 30-foot bamboo raft.

If your kind of adventure involves panoramic views from the golf course, you’re in luck as well. There are multiple beautiful golf courses nearby, and we can help you book a tee time.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the Ocho Rios Crafts Market and search for mementos. Or if you’re interested in history, join a Bob Marley tour through the musician’s home and final resting place.

Of course, there are endless opportunities for adventure, from horseback riding, jeep safari tours, caving, and ziplining to snorkeling, picnicking, and fishing tours. Plus there are many nearby resorts, restaurants, shops, and water parks offering a fun day. The nearby all-inclusive Riu Hotel offers day passes for visitors who want to use the water park, sailboats, scuba diving, and other resort amenities.

All bedrooms are air conditioned each with its own bathroom.

Our housekeeper will launder your clothes and return them to you the next day.

We do not provide food but our Chef will assist you in ordering whatever provisions you need. We will open a tab for you at the supermarket and bring in provisions for you. You pay the supermarket direct.

Our rental rate includes the local government tax.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

Our dedicated team of five professional staff, including our chef, housekeeper, groundskeeper, butler, and driver, is committed to ensuring your every need is met.

For stays between 7/1/25 and 9/30/25, we will include in your stay the exclusive use of our 21-passenger coach and experienced driver, providing airport transportation as well as safe and convenient transportation throughout your stay. We only ask that you pay for additional tanks of gas beyond the first complimentary tank.

Our chef is available to cook your meals according to your requests. Prior to arrival, we’ll ask whether you’d like us to provide provisions for your first dinner and breakfast at Villa Paradiso. We’ll open a tab for you at the supermarket and shop for the items you’ve requested. Once you’ve arrived, you can speak directly with our chef about your preferences, and you can either shop for items yourself or have our chef do so. You’ll simply pay the supermarket directly prior to departure.

You’ll also have a security guard on duty from 6 pm to 6 am each day for your peace of mind, as well as freshly laundered and pressed clothes every day at no extra cost.
