Beautiful and fully sanitized 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo just steps away from 7-mile stretch of sandy beach. With pleasant views of the ocean, our condo is located in the heart of vacationland. We are walking distance from all imaginable activities - be it the Palace Playland park with fun rides or numerous restaurants. With an indoor pool, a fitness center and a fully equipped condo, this will be be your perfect getaway in a home-like setting.

For shopping enthusiasts, Maine Mall, Kittery Outlets, Freeport are a short drive.

The town also runs a local red trolley that will take you around town for only a dollar. Local access to Amtrak makes it very easy to commute to and from Boston as well.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the entire place. Everything thing was clean. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. Nice views of the ocean and an easy walk to the beach. We visited during the off season so very little was open which we expected. But there were still several near by restaurants open.

Very nice place right in the middle of all the action. Can’t ask for a more centralized location and steps to the ocean. Place was clean with washer and dryer and dishwasher all in the place. Beds were very comfortable and so were the leather couches. AC worked great. Train horn was the only downside as the horns really were very long and throughout the early morning/day.

Grand stay

The property and location is so great. it is the second time we’ve stayed at this location, but had a different condo. Our only complaints would be that the water pressure in the kitchen was terrible and trying to get a luggage cart to move out of the facility was horrible. We had to move everything out ourselves, and because there is only one elevator it took a very long time and was frustrating.

Great Stay in Old Orchard Beach

My 90 year old mom and I stayed 4 nights here and loved it! It was during the off season so everything was quiet and easy going. The condo was perfect for us. The beds and furniture were comfy! Communication with the concierge and the owner was easy and fast. We enjoyed the Roku tv so we could keep streaming our favorite shows. The condo building was accessible for my mom who has some mobility issues. There are a few stairs in the lobby, but there is a lift so that was perfect. There are also luggage racks available and they fit on the lift too so getting all our stuff in was no problem. FYI—I noticed beach chairs and some beach things in the closet (just in case you were wondering). If we travel this way again we would stay here again. It was lovely.

Beautiful Old Orchard Beach Condo

Spacious, clean organized and perfect location right downtown next to the beach! Beautiful oceans views from the balcony! Easy walk to everything! Enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. Highly recommend.

Train!

Overall we had a great time as we were right in the heart of OOB! Walking distance to everything except the grocery store which was 2-3 miles away. There is a train that runs all day and all night so if you’re a light sleeper, keep looking!

Paradise

Lovely environment, perfect location, friendly and helpful community. Beautiful to be near the water, very nostalgic since we grew up coming here to OOB. Winter is a perfect time to stay when it is not so crowed and busy. A perfect time to rest, relax and reflect. Ryan with on site property management is very helpful and equally nice. Great place to stay for leaf-peeping in New England!

This property was a great place to stay! The check-in process was easy and the accommodations were clean & comfy. It's a good central location for car trips up the Maine coast, and to Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts!

Couldn’t say enough about this location. To step outside to the beach and have all shops, bars, restaurants right there was unreal. Beautiful condo huge deck & great indoor pool! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on OOB 5 stars for me!

Very nice place and location is great!!!

I was here with my older parents daughters and grandchildren. Everything was like the post said. Condo was clean and very comfy. It had everything we needed. The staff and the resort was very helpful and nice especially Tom. Thank you for a wonder Weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

Girls Getaway

Very spacious and tidy. Right on the beach made itideal for walks along the ocean. It was off season so very little was open, but it was a short ride to Portland. It was a great home base and a quiet retreat to return to after a day’s adventure.

Bachelorette Getaway

On this girl's trip, 4 sisters/cousins gathered to celebrate the bride under the theme of "she found her lobster" (hear Phoebe from Friends). The unit at the Grand Victorian was clean, spacious, and just the space we needed to be able to relax, catch up, and celebrate our bride just as we had hoped. The kitchen had abundant counter and floor space making it easy to prep meals and drinks, the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were designed so that none of us were ever crowding out the others as we were getting ready to go out for the day, and the porch was long enough and had seating so we could all enjoy the evening sunset together. Check-in was easy as the groundskeeper stayed in communication with us day of, and gave his number to call in case of emergency (never had one though). Our parking spot was numbered so we never had to worry about finding a place to park regardless of when we came back onto the property. This location was most ideal as it is only about 22 min to PWM and maybe 25-30 to the downtown Portland wharfs. Would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to this area.

Nice Central Location for Exploring

The condo was a good location for our day trips to Portland, lighthouses, coastal villages and inland sights. Not much in OOB in October--including slim pickings on restaurants--but that was fine. "The Shack" restaurant has great seafood so we ate there one night and did some take out from them other nights. Condo was clean, quiet and no surprises as the listing is very accurate.
