The room itself was great. However, it was in a separate building across from the main building which was not clearly communicated to me and caused me a long time driving around looking for my room since the rooms were not numbered. Luckily, I ran into a staff member in the parking lot who directed me to the proper location.

This was an excellent property to stay at. There was a tremendous view of the ocean and a very comfortable outdoor setting for relaxing and viewing. The Marginal Way was easily accessible. The restaurant was very good. The staff was professional and kind. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Overlooking the ocean, this property sits right on the Marginal Way, one of the highlights of Ogunquit. A short walk to Perkins Cove and walkable to town, it’s a great location and beautiful property.

This location is great, easy walk to Perkin’s Cove, the beach and dining. The heated outpost pool is wonderful - as well as the view from the front lawn. If that isn’t enough - the staff is great! Highly recommend this hotel!

I am not a diva. If it weren’t for the view, this would be a one star. We stayed in the towers - absolutely filthy carpet. Truly, truly disgusting. The beds had plastic sheets beneath in case a kid pissed them. Six hundred dollars a night im embarrassed to say we paid it for Labor Day. Pure supply and demand. They just took as much as they could. Would never stay again.

The grounds are beautiful, the location is great. Walkable to shops and beach and right on the Marginal Way. Stayed in the Towers which felt very dated and the balconies are really small.
