They need to clean up the units a little more nice area nice looking old type hotel set up, but the rooms are a little beat up

I did NOT get to stay at this hotel in spite of having already paid for one night. The desk clerk demanded that I arrive by 1am (I couldn't get there by that time). I called to let them know that I would arrive very late and was told that I HAD to be there by 1am even though their website says they have a 24 hour desk clerk. I paid full price for that room and was told that I had to be there by 1am which was not possible. I explained my situation and was told repeatedly that I had to be there by 1am. Complete waste of money! I have never been treated so rudely by any other hotel! I travel to that city very often and I will NEVER stay at this hotel.

Roaches bug n small in the rooms

Both nights we stayed we woke up to dead sewer roaches in our room. When I asked for room service to take away the dead roach the first day, they cleaned out the room and tossed the few personal items we’d left behind. Luckily we took our luggage with us and left them in the trunk of our rental while we went to a nearby amusement park all day. The next day there was another dead roach and I asked room service about our missing things and she stated she misunderstood the office, thought we’d checked out and threw out our towels and personal items. As we left that day, my kiddo found a mini roach in their towels. We made sure to leave our belonging in our hot trunk for the next week once we got home to avoid any stowaways. I contact hotel tonight and they stated the property would be refunding some of our stay. I still don’t have a refund a whole month later and I’m still disputing the charge because the vendor has the property listed as another business listing. Avoid the headache, go somewhere else.

Dirty Bedding

Check-in was fast and easy, and the location is great — close to everything I needed. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. The bedding was stained and even had a hole in it, which is unacceptable. The shower wall also needs repair, with grout missing in several areas.

Old, dilapidated, disgusting.

The manager was rude. Our key did not work and went back 3 times for her to fix. It turned out that there was an issue with the door and had to switch rooms. No apology...nothing. Smell was rancid curry! Yuk! Avoid this place. But the housekeeper was nice and friendly.
