Florida Vacay Rentals welcomes you to "Better at the Beach"! This 2/2 condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a King in the Master Bedroom, and two Queen Beds in the Guest Bedroom. "Better at the Beach" is family friendly with a bonus "toddler" twin bed included in the Guest Bedroom and a Pack N' Play with a high chair provided complimentary by the owners. Enjoy views of the No-Drive portion of Ormond Beach and Tom Renick Park directly from the Northern facing balcony.

The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.

Wonderful Beach Condo!

This condo is comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. The beach is absolutely beautiful. Lifeguard stand close by. Great restaurants within 10 minutes.

The condo was exactly as described. We were very happy with the accommodations, particularly that it was so well furnished. It was clean, spacious and had great beach vibes. The kitchen was well stocked with every kind of appliance you could want, even a cabinet full of spices. However, the building and its residents gave off the vibe that we were intruding. I have never seen a 6 page list of rules before. I wouldn't bring a family of kids and teens to this condo. But as Gen Xers, we did enjoy the quiet. A great "adults only" property.

We enjoyed our stay. We didn't want to leave. Everything clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. I recommend staying here and look forward to staying here again next year.
