Cheerful 3-bedroom with a pool in Palm Coast, FL

Located in very quiet neighborhood this gorgeous house has everything that your heart desires for a perfect vacation from fully equipped kitchen, bath and beach towels, linens and toiletries, flat screen smart TV in living room with lightning fast Wi-Fi throughout, table tennis to board games, books and childrens toys . You have the entire house to yourself! The beautiful screened-in pool and porch with outdoor dining area is what you need to relax.

Free driveway parking space included with each booking.


The home can sleep up to 8 people. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, guest bedroom with a queen size bed, second guest bedroom with two twin beds and a roll-out bed in the living room.

There are plenty of extra bath and beach towels. We provide hand soap, toiletries, dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags.

Fully equipped kitchen: full size refrigerator/freezer, air fryer, toaster, ice maker, electric stove, microwave, oven, rice cooker, coffee makers (Keurig and Ninja), various kitchen accessories, wine glasses, coffee mugs, utensils, drinking glasses, plates, etc.


On the day of arrival you will be given your personal access code to enter the property. Please note that the code is changed after each departure.
We keep very high cleaning standards. The property will be cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. Your health, safety and comfort is our first priority.
(please note that the pool is not heated)

Palm Coast is known for its spectacular walking and biking trails throughout the city.

- 5 min to US-1 and I-95 with easy access A1A,

-Orlando is about 1hr 30min away depending on your destination

Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in!

Before we even arrived Andrew and Anna emailed information about the area and rental. Super helpful! We had a 14 hour drive and were ready to chill out. From the moment we opened the door, we were like kids in a candy shop! This place is beautiful, fully stocked, modern and immaculate! All 4 of us loved every minute of being in this house. A few evenings we opted to just stay in and relax by the pool. We have rented numerous VRBO’s and it was unanimous, this was our FAVORITE! When we head back to this area, this is where we want to stay! Andrew and Anna have done a great job with this rental!

Very nice property, well maintained

The house had a nice layout and was well maintained. It was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen is well stocked. We arrived a little before check-in and the owners were accommodating. As pictures of the pool are prominent in the listing, please note the pool does not have a heater, so was not usable our entire stay. We had offered to pay extra for pool heat, but learned too late that was not an option.

Great location with private pool

Property managers were in touch from beginning to end of the stay. Advised on everything needed to enter, to use and what was needed for departure. We contacted them several times and they got back with us quickly. Plenty of things to visit and restaurants close by. They were the best hosts we could have had. Will be staying there again next year. This VRBO is highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this property. First off the hosts Andrew and Anna went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The house had every amenity a family could ask for. The property looked just like the pictures! Everything was clean and well kept. I would recommend this home to anyone that wants a nice getaway in a clean and quiet environment. I’m an attorney from a big city so I definitely needed the break. This home had all that my family and I needed. If I could give this 10 stars I would! Kudos Anna and Andrew!

Immaculate home with all the updates and amenities you could ask for and more!!! House was so well stocked with necessities I didn’t have to unpack our supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, k-cups, etc
 Pool was delightful as was screened in patio and child proof screen was a plus for 4 year old grandson. Andrew & Anna were very accessible when we requested any information and extremely willing to help. Definitely best place we have stayed!!! Marisa & Bill
