Convenient location with shuttle to Disneyland Paris! Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, nice neighbourhood. However about 20 minute walk to nearest train station. Overall a great stay!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was available earlier to check in. Plenty of room for me and kids and although we didn’t need the kitchen it was well equipped. Didn’t use the pool so can’t comment and missed breakfast as we wanted a sleep in. Great location only negative the room was freezing

The location was great, buildings looked beautiful, reception area was well kept. Staff very friendly. However, room was very tired. Bathroom still had some long hairs from previous guests, mould on bath silicon edges. Bedroom had mould on ceilings and walls. Cupboard had exposed screws and hinges. Even electric heater was missing a foot so didnt stand properly. Sofa couch felt dirty.

There was no heating in any of our 3 rooms that we booked. Not ideal with little children. The children’s playroom was disappointing. Also the reception mentioned free breakfast for kids, however once I got there I was told an adult is forced to buy a breakfast to get it free for a kid. The breakfast did not have much variety. My daughter didn’t end up eating anything. For the price we paid for the stay I don’t find it acceptable.

Best value stay in Serris! Probably the 10th or so time that we stay there to visit the park. Reception team is very friendly. WiFi reliable. Park shuttle very useful! Bedding is ok. Bathroom ok, shower drain slow. Room 359.

Fantastic. Would stay again. Walking distance to Disney and also the fab shopping centre Val d Europe. Didn’t try the breakfast or use the shuttle. Staff very nice. Very clean room and hotel. Slept well, quiet. Safe in room. Nice area. Highly recommend!! Got a great deal on Expedia.

Apesar de chegarmos antes da hora, a equipa fez um esforço suplementar para ter os quartos disponíveis logo que possivel. Excellent! Staff spoke English, bags area when we left bags was right behind front desk, laundry area was easy to use, safe, and walkable to Disney. Would have preferred the shuttle was a real shuttle and not a public bus down the road but uber was only $10 so no biggie. I would skip the breakfast and do pastries at Disney for probably less

Great facilities, good location for Disneyland and Val dEurope. Negatives - no sink in the toilet room which meant walking through the apartment to wash your hands! A bar or restaurant would be a good idea Would stay again but not as a couple - but with friends who want Disney!

Absolutely AMAZING stay! Didn't expect it to be as nice as it was, cannot fault anything at all. The hotel was so clean and well thoughtout. The location was perfect for both Disney and Val d'Europe. The apartment had everything we needed with out 3 year old too. Honestly, I'd be here all day listing all the good things. We will be back! THANK YOU!

Good central location to Disneyland, has a shuttle to parks. close to shopping. Good amount of space for a big family. Rooms are dated and need work a lot of work. Couch needs to be replaced. No amenities, they charge a deposit just for an iron to go with the ironing board, no cleaning, towel exchange available upon request. Great for price if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room.
