The first person that check us in wasn’t very welcoming and seemed to not have a lot of patience for our inquiries. However, the rest of the staff, made up for it. The staff during restaurant staff were kind and welcoming and specifically a staff member at the front desk- who I spoke to later, was very helpful. Overall, the hotel had everything we needed and very convenient to be across the airport and included breakfast- one last thing to worry about as we had an early morning flight.

The room was very nice. And the staff was helpful BUT we had to wait for 2 hrs to check into an already paid room. AND the room keys were not working. We had to go down 3 times and still the room keys didn’t work. The staff had to let us into our rooms.

I could not control temperature in room. Thermostat was outdated. Staff member opened my door by mistake at. 8:30 pm. He apologized and shut door. He could have been anybody.

I felt bad for the front desk staff, who told us when we checked in that the wifi was not working but they were expecting it to be fixed soon. I did not need to use it but my husband did, so he kept checking every hour or so from 6 pm until 2 am, when it finally started working and he was able to get his work done before we checked out at 7 am. Obviously he did not have a good sleep, though, as a result of this unfortunate situation. Also, I noticed that there was only one instant coffee and no cream in our room, so I tried phoning for more but no one answered. I finally went down to the front desk to inquire at about 8 pm, and there was a line of people trying to check in backed out the front door -- clearly this was related to the non-working wifi. The hotel staff must have had a terrible shift and my heart goes out to them, but I really can't recommend this hotel at all.

It was very conveniently located near Paris terminal and was not noisy with large plane volumes. We were not impressed with evening dinner choices or the price . No other options for lighter fare.

A great breakfast. Website INFERS that free shuttle to airport while in truth you can take free TRAIN to airport. Carrying own bags etc. SHUTTLE avail but COSTS us 8 Euros each. Also some hotels have 24 hr coffee avail. This does not. It does have lovely people.
