I liked the bed as it was comfortable and the staff was helpful. However, the family room was exceptionally small and the toilet was in unacceptable condition. It was the worst experience ever in this hotel. The shower drainage was blocked so changed the room and then the toilet flush did not work in the second room. No tea/ coffee facility in the room and breakfast items were very limited than a continental breakfast.

My reservation could not be found or confirmed in the system, probably due to too many modifications. But the hotel manager was very kind and gave me a room while the staff fixes the issue. I had a nice rest. The place is okay if you simply need somewhere to stay. The shower was small and had not glass door or shower curtain so the bathroom would get very wet each time. The breakfast was simple but good. There was unfortunately a lot of flies. Aside from that its very far from the center of Paris. I would recommend an ibis closer to downtown. All in all I enjoyed my stay

Not so great stay

Not all Ibis hotel are good.This hotel had bad toilet smell and no ventilation of air. Noisy too. The bed was small and we are petite size even! The only good thing was location.

The Worst Hotel

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at! The beds were tiny and not comfortable at all, the cushions might as well have not been there as they were so thin and the bedding wasn’t comfortable at all and had mould on it! We stayed here 3 nights and not once did the room get cleaned by the staff and the bathroom in a caravan is a lot better than this, very very disappointed. Pay the extra money and stay at a different hotel, I promise this will be the worst decision you make if you stay here. Appalling!

Terrible hotel and terrible service

The staff were rude, the rooms were disgusting and seriously unclean, the showers were broken, every thing was old and unhygienic and looks nothing like the pictures. Tried to complain but the staff didn't understand what we were saying. We checked out the day we checked in and didn't even stay as it was that horrific. Do not stay here. Rang hotels.com and they were even less helpful. Still awaiting refund!
