I recommend this property highly for those needing to spend the night near the airport. The shuttles run every half an hour, the front desk staff go up and beyond to help you with any situation that you might be in. I personally had the wrong last name on my air ticket. They helped scan my passport and we’re willing to send the information to the airline for me that airline had requested from me. I was so touched by the generosity and kindness. It’s a very quiet clean hotel with a wonderful breakfast selection,if you happen to take the breakfast option. Thank you again Marriott it was an enjoyable stay.

Overall clean and good functional hotel for near airport and exposition center purposes. However the staffs were amazing. My husband caught bad cold and was in need to see the doctor as most of cold medications were prescription only in France. The hotel staff helped us to make an appointment for next day and was very kind and helpful. Thankful!!

The staff were amazing and friendly. They were very hospitable. The hotel was located in a great spot, close the airport but far enough to not hear the planes at night. The only thing to be aware is that you will need to catch the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. There are a lot of black vans out at the shuttle spot that you can “rent” for a trip, so be patient and just wait for the correc lt shuttle.

It must be the worst Marriott hotel I have ever been to. It's looking quite old in the rooms, the carpets are worn out etc... But the real issue is that my room was infested with bed bugs at a level I had never seen before. I sat at the desk to work, and within 10 minutes, my bare feet were covered with bites. I woke up the next day with my back covered as well and could barely sleep a few hours before of it... To be clear, I have been in rooms with bed bugs in the past, just never as bad as in this situation. I guess I'll go back to my usual hotel by the airport and will not try to maximize points with Marriott for this specific location...

Stay in Hotel was ok. Not great for what I paid

The bathroom was not sufficient for what Marriot stands for. The most important part of the room was the bathroom / shower. The toilet did not flush well. I did report it and they sent a person to check on it. The issue is the tissue paper did not even go down or flush properly. I had to use the toilet on the ground floor to do number 2. Not a good start of my first time in Paris.

The only thing that was a bit inconvient was where the shuttle drops and picks up. It is not very well explained if you are coming in to the airport and it is a LONG way from everything. I doubt they have control over the location but it would be helpful to have more information prior to the trip. Other than that, the hotel and staff were great!
