Good budget apartment.
The reception staff were excellent. The apartment itself was clean and quite well equipped. Shower was very good and when we had an issue it was resolved quickly. Very comfortable bed. Ready for a redecoration..Not soundproofed. The location is convenient for Metro 11 route, which is useful. Bakeries, cafés and a few eateries close by.

Great appartement and facilities, the only downside was the check in procedure, which was a bit complicated and time consuming but a great value for money and very well situated so overall, happy

The pictures do not reflect the site. The room very outdated and small. Carpet was stained. Not a good feeling walking in to the room. Would not book again.

We received the apartment with ac conditioner problems. It wasn't completely fixed and we suffered from 24/7 ac noise close to the bed.

All The Basics Were Met
I had a pleasant stay at Resident Les Lilas. The check-in option was quite different to anything I’d experience before. You have an option for free check-in at an office located in Paris or you can arrange to check in at the front desk for a fee. This could be inconvenient for many people. However, that aside, my room was clean and comfortable. I had all that I needed for quiet’s night stay.
