Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Mandurah and an hour from Perth, this haven provides plenty of activities for children and teenagers alike. Explore the surroundings with the bikes, kayaks or paddle boat, all provided with life jackets and helmets. Engage in a friendly game of table football, there’s an assortment of games, books and free access to Netflix and Stan and additional movies to keep everyone entertained. WIFI also provided.

Wonderful!
We have stayed at Kaya Manzi twice and will definitely be back. We all love fishing, crabbing and kayaking on the river and the backyard is lovely to relax in. Well stocked kitchen and very clean. A perfect home away from home.

Everything you could possibly need
Thank you so much Christine for having us at your incredible property in South Yunderup. I was so grateful for your friendly and prompt communication throughout the booking process. The house was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped. All the basic essentials were available like glad wrap, alfoil, napkins, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc, as well as complimentary shampoos/conditioners, toothpaste and moisturiser. Christine really had thought of everything to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location is brilliant, and we were able to moor our boat to the property's private jetty. We didn't need to use our car for the duration of the trip, as we accessed everywhere we wanted to go via water. We had a wonderful time at Kaya Manzi and would love to be able to visit again. Thanks again for making our stay so comfortable.
