"My stay at Montenegro Lodge wasn’t without its challenges, albeit very minor ones. On the first day we discovered that the door didn’t lock, so we had limited security. The internet was intermittent at times, and the hot water was not sufficient to fill and use the hot tub. However, where this property fell short, the staff were there to pick things up. I cannot commend them highly enough for their hospitality and kindness throughout our stay. The hotel is missing a few things before it can truly be recognised as five‑star. My first experience of their excellence was their prompt and accomodating responses to my email. I loved Ranka even before physically seeing her. She was the one responding to my emails and the very first staff that we saw. We had a very warm and pleasant welcome. My room decor, my birthday dinner setup, my floating breakfast. Made lots of great memories here. Husband planned a surprise birthday celebration with them and they delivered excellently. I loved every freebie that gave me as the celebrant 😊. The hotel itself and it's environment is serene, sparkling clean and spotless. All the staff we had contact with were nothing short of amazing 😍.
