I enjoyed this hotel very much. It was very interesting with beautiful grounds and nice outdoor fire feature. Expedia said there was some breakfast which there was not and in the fine print it turned out the breakfast was only on the weekends. The staff and owners were very friendly

A beautiful and relaxing getaway in the Catskills. Highly recommended. The room and grounds are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

Everything was great! A wonderful spot off the main road - super quiet and relaxing. Loved the nightly fire pit and breakfast each am. Really nice people and staff. Will be back!

This place was cute and conveniently located near the hiking we were doing, but seemed very overpriced for what it was (basically a motel with some cute touches added on here and there). Common areas (fire pit, den with games) were nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool not heated.

The Graham is the place to stay in the Catskills!! I stayed in the Bunkhouse and my small room had everything I needed. It was a solo trip and my room had bunk beds. That twin bed was so comfy and cozy! There were 3 bathrooms to share and the bathroom was big and sparking clean. Amazing water pressure and wonderful soap & shampoo. They texted me the morning of my arrival asking my ETA and what I’d like for my breakfasts. The one I chose had a yogurt, granola and fresh berries. And an apple cider donut. It was the BEST apple cider donut I’ve ever had. The Graham staff are the kindest folks and they lit a small campfire at night. There were picnic tables and they even have “The Den” with a tv, board games and couches so you can hang out. The pool wasn’t open during my stay but I most definitely will return this summer to lounge by it. From The Graham, it’s a quick walk to Main St. where you’ll find wonderful shopping. For food, I had an excellent burger & pizza at Brio. They also have a huge assortment of homemade cakes. If you need to get away from your phone and connect with nature, go to Phoenicia and stay at The Graham & Co.!
