With access to various places to ski, from bunny hills for the newbies to black diamonds for the experts, Pioneer ski resorts are your best bet to enjoy some wintry fun.
If you're a beginner skier and want to start with a few trips down the bunny slopes, see if your Pioneer ski hotel or the nearby facilities offer lessons. If you're a veteran on the slopes, take the chair lift up to the top of the mountain and take in the views as you slalom down the fresh snow. After a full day on the slopes, retreat to your Pioneer ski resort to warm up. Hilton Vacation Club Tahoe Seasons Lake Tahoe
"Free valet parking was a bonus as compared with other hotels that charges a fee. But need to budget extra time for the wait of the car especially during peak season. Swimming pool was not the cleanest- many big flies floating on top of the water, looks very disgusting. There were also many live ones crawling on the shore of the pool. No staff was there to clean when we were there; another family decided to use the net to clean by themselves so their kids could use the pool. My kids were not dare to use it still."
