Older property, but our room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful in giving us the lay of the land. No elevator in the building where we were at, so something to keep in mind if you hauling heavy bags.

The room even tho it seemed to be renovated still needed attention. The tile floor was not clean, glad I had flip flops. The curtains had mildew spots on them. The cleaning staff did provide plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. Although my sister who was in a different room asked for an extra pillow and was told "no". The outside had boards laying around, numerous lights in the parking lot were broken and/or not working. The dog waste disposal can was full and overflowing. The gardens needed attention. It did not provide a very welcoming feeling when we drove in. There was no breakfast offered, not even something packaged to go. There was a restaurant on premise, but eating there once was more than enough. We stayed 6 nights, we won't return to this location.

The room door was damaged wouldnt shut they had to come work on it. The trash container outside is in the way of the handicap ramp.the ramp to go in the office was terrible the staff was very courteous The shower was dirty and the tv kepted shutting off the lady employee that came to my rm and was swearing about the door

We had to stay in the secondary lodging just down the road. That was not a problem except for the ongoing road construction which made a U turn necessary. the construction was also a hassle for finding a place to eat.

The room I got was not the one I reserved. I reserved a room with 2 double beds but I got a single king bed. The room was reserved for me, another man and my dog. Parking was terrible. I had to carry all our luggage up and down steps. Will not stay here again and I do not recommend
