Really awesome pool, great continental breakfast. My only complaint comes from not very accommodating staff without some pushing. I called the day I reserved asking about connecting rooms because there were two adults traveling with 3 children and we needed two rooms but still wanted to be together. I was told we would need to ask upon checkin. I called the morning of our stay just to ask again because it was really important to our trip and was told there were no connecting rooms available. I asked again at check in and was again told no connecting rooms. Checked in for one of our rooms but the other wasn’t ready so we had to come back later. We checked into the one room we did have in the mean time and could see it connected to the room next to it. When I went to check in for our second room, it was a different staff member and I had to ask for that specific room if it wasn’t already checked in to (it wasn’t) and it was not the room they had assigned to us. I did end up getting it after nicely asking the employee and saying that it would mean a lot to us and we’d wait hours if needed and he made it happen so it all worked out but just frustrating that with all the preplanning I tried to do, they made no actual effort to get us connecting rooms. We will return because the kids loved the pool!

The room was spacious and comfortable although the refrigerator was quite noisy and sounded broken although it worked. Two sinks were handy. Water pressure was a bit low in the shower. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was welcome after a long day. Very easy to get to which was also very nice. We liked this place the best out of the 5 places we stayed on our trip.

Short drive from downtown. (We spent time downtown but didn't want to stay there - we wanted calm and quiet.) Easy to find, very friendly staff, convenient parking, clean and comfortable, solid variety of breakfast choices - staff kept it full and tidy. We would definitely stay here again.

Well-maintained facility, inside and out; very clean and comfortable guestroom; immaculate bathroom in our guestroom; comfortable and supportive beds; clean, soft, and cozy bedding; soft and relaxing pillows (like giant marshmallows!); good selection of channels on the very good TV; quiet and efficient heating and cooling unit in our guestroom. Very clean and inviting heated pools (three pools!). My sons had a wonderful time in the outdoor pool; they've never been swimming outside at night before. Tasty breakfast with inviting options; friendly and efficient service from desk clerks and breakfast attendants. The breakfast attendants were able to make an easy modification for my son, who has food allergies; he was thus able to partake of the breakfast with my other son and myself. VERY CLEAN, VERY RELAXING, SIMPLY WONDERFUL. MY SONS AND I ENJOYED OUR STAY HERE IMMENSELY, AND WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY STAY HERE AGAIN. SIX BIG THUMBS UP !!!
