Paid for a double room with King bed but they put us in a small room with two double beds. They never bothered to tell us at check-in. When we opened the door to the room we realized it wasnt what we paid for so we lugged our suitcases, etc. back to the full lobby only to have the very rude woman at the front desk tell me they are full and its not their fault. "You need to call Hotels.com". How about I'm sorry or something polite. Nope, more of a get lost not my problem attitude.

We stayed for 4 nights. Advertises cookies at check in. There were never cookies, which is not the reason we would not stay there again. Shower had moldy tile and hair in the tub. We requested room service and never received it. The restaurant is closed Monday's and Tuesday's. On those mornings they have a grab-n-go breakfast. On Tuesday, there wasn’t anything available. When I asked I was told the person who sets it up was on vacation. I came down to the lobby 30 minutes later and breakfast was set up. The water for tea was lukewarm.
