The check-in and check-out times are inconvenient. The blankets were not clean, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations—definitely not on the level of a Hilton stay.

Great place for families, groups, and sports teams

Stayed for the 2nd year in a row for a local basketball tournament. We travel with a family and players so we need the space, the fridge, sink, separate living/sitting area. I love the space of the room, the proximity to so many stores and dining options including grocery store. The breakfast is great, the front desk staff is nice and accommodating. Wish there was more parking, and for some reason the bathroom didnt' have a fan, so its very foggy and humid during and post shower.

We stayed here overnight after a late night flight. The shuttle picked us up promptly and got us to the hotel safely. The room was as expected and comfortable for us. The breakfast was ok, but not the best continental breakfast variety. The staff was fine but a bit abrupt and not very outgoing or personable. This was just a space for us to sleep before driving home after a flight, it did the trick.

We called the hotel to verify park and fly option for our reservation when booking. Once we arrived we were notified there is no park and fly option due to construction next door. We were told we could call a neighbouring hotel to see if we could leave our car there. This option was not acceptable. We should have been notified of the change
