We called prior to making our room reservation to arrange for free shuttle to the airport and was told "yes, we have 24 hour shuttle service to the airport". However, when checking in the front desk said they could not accomodate our 4:15am time request. We were told we would need to use a 3:30am time for the shuttle, but they were not certain it would be available. We were told the desk would check availability and notify us. We were never notified so we ended up getting a Lyft to the airport. Do not advertise 24 hour shuttle service unless you trully mean it!

Room is very clean, staff very friendly. Breakfast good. 2nd time staying here. We like the location and everything, except the other guests always are a smell issue. Last time someone made fish and the whole place was fish, this time someone was partaking in pot. The whole floor smelled of pot and it seeped into our room. We informed the desk, we saw staff trying to locate the room to deal with it.

The staff in this hotel are rude and unprofessional. They let guest run around being loud and obnoxious all night and do nothing. The premises are dirty and not up to date.

Great place for the cost! Nice gym, pretty, clean. Breakfast is meh and low quality, clearly to save money, but it's no worse than you would get at a budget inn, for example. The kids do love the waffle machine and that is what matters to them!

Worst stay we’ve ever had at a hotel. There was a large group of children staying at the hotel at the same time we were and they were out of control. They would start running and banging and shaking the walls at 7am every morning. It was impossible to ignore. We very politely complained twice to the staff and nothing changed sadly. Definitely ruined this stay for us.
