The space

Puerto Princesa is a huge city, our resort is located in the country side, on the way to the famous Underground river...
55 minutes from the airport.
If you need to be everyday in the malls, bar, restaurants, busy city...our place is definitively not for you!
But if you want to be near the nature, and enjoy the best ecotourism spots, and instammagrable beaches, our place is definitively for you!
We are 30 minutes from the city boundary(North-barangay sta lourdes), 45 minutes to Robinson mall. We are near to Kayulo Waterfall (10 minutes drive then 15 minutes walk along the river), Kawa Falls (departure is 11km from our place, then 45 minutes walk in a amazing trail into the jungle), Salvacion ecotourism (Pearl farm, sand bar, Firefly Watching : 5km), Kitu Kito Restaurant (5km) Mount Bahile (Mountain hiking, departure from our place), Nagtabon beach (24km), Conception beach (25 Minutes), Astoria Waterpark (20 minutes) and Underground river (40 minutes)

We offer Airport transfer for 1000 per trip. (Advance notice at least 24 hours)

The apartment is designed for 4 persons (2 queen bed) but we accept until 6 guests with no extra charges, we can provide mattress that you can put on the ground.

The apartment is totally independent with is own entrance.

Free access to our salt water swimming pool .

There is 2 Queen size beds, Air conditioner, Cable TV, WiFi or Wired internet, We have solar panel with batteries so there will be no Black Out (Electricity outage is common in Puerto Princesa, aircon might be deactivated in case of prolonged power outage at night or during rainy day(>3hours), to save the battery, but the other things will still work : Hot water, Lights, TV, Internet, Fan... ), Cold/Hot Shower (Strong water supply even during the dry season).
Breakfast is not included, as the apartment as his own kitchen, but we can serve breakfast on request for a very reasonable price.
We also serve Barbecue charcoaled meal for lunch in dinner (chicken, pork, tuna, squid, bangus, tilapia...)
Our rate is all inclusive, with internet (3 GB of data per day, for example if you stay 3 nights you will have a data allowance of 9GB, if 4 days 12 GB... 30 days 90GB... We have also strong signal for both smart and globe .
We dont accept anymore long term renting (maximum 25 days)

You can access to all the common areas: Terrasse with billiard (free of charge)

Other things to note

Scooter for rent :
SUZUKI ADDRESS 125CC or HAOJUE LINDY 125CC or HONDA WAVE 110cc depending of the avaibility.
We may ask a refundable deposit of 2000 pesos per scooter for short term rental, or 5000 pesos for long term rental (28 days or more). The deposit will be refunded upon check out if no damages found.
Our rates:
1-4 days : 500 pesos per day
5 to 14 days : 400 pesos per day
15 to 30 days : 300 pesos per day
1 month and more : 9000 pesos per month

Underground River tour - Include buffet lunch, van transfer - 2000 pesos /pax - discounted : 1750 pesos / pax
Honda Bay Island Hopping - Include buffet lunch - 1500 pesos /pax - discounted : 1400 pesos / pax
City tour (departure from Robinson mall) : 600 pesos / pax
Firefly Watching (start at 7 pm) with dinner : 800 pesos /pax
Van transfer to El Nido : 600 pesos/pax

You have also pay an one time payment of 150 pesos/pax for the environmental fee and it is valid for all your tours around Puerto Princesa...
