The house sleeps a maximum of 17 and is perfectly situated near Lake George and Saratoga and close to endless entertainment, outdoor adventure, culture and food options. The perfect choice for your Adirondack getaway, ski weekend, holiday gathering, family reunion, and summer vacation.

Spectacular retreat on 9 manicured acres in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes to downtown Glens Falls, 25 minutes to Saratoga, 15 minutes to Lake George, 45 minutes to Gore Mountain.

Enjoy the private luxury lifestyle this home affords with 9 bedrooms and 8 baths on 3 levels of living. Gorgeous chef’s kitchen with all you'll need to cook a gourmet meal, relaxing living areas with gas fireplaces. Elegant formal dining room opens to peaceful sunroom that leads out to amazing outdoor entertaining area! Pool, hot tub, poolside gazebo, plenty of lounging and seating areas, outdoor kitchen, large fire pit, koi pond, and lighted basketball court!

Winding staircase brings you upstairs to 4 king sized master bedrooms with en suite baths. 4 more bedrooms with 1 queen, 2 full and 1 bunk bed. The main floor has a twin bedroom with a full bathroom. Bottom floor has game room with bubble hockey, foosball, cozy den and a bar with a pool table, fire place and TV. Second game area is in garage with ping pong table, arcade basketball game, darts and lots of games to choose from.

Kid friendly - Crib, high chair, toys, games, exersaucer, plastic dishes are all available for you to use! Playground with swings, slides, and climbing structures to keep the kids busy and happy for hours. Lighted basketball court with balls. Lots of space to run and play in quiet and lovely neighborhood within walking distance to Crandall Park - which has lighted tennis and pickle ball courts, frisbee golf course, and trails to walk thru.

We supply all of the things you will need for your stay...linens, pool towels, soaps/detergents, etc. We can recommend local personal chefs and caterers to make your stay even more relaxing!

**Summer time (July - August) rentals a minimum of 7 nights - Saturday to Saturday.

The pool is open end of May - end of September. The hot tub is open year round - perfect for after a day of skiing or evenings under the stars.

Perfect home for a family 70th birthday celebration

This was a perfect home to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday with our three daughter’s and their families. It had everything one needed. There was ample space for the four grandchildren, ages 6-9, to spread out to play and for the adults to gather for quality sibling time. Communication was excellent with Susan and very prompt. We created wonderful family memories and hope to come back when the entire grounds can be enjoyed. It is very convenient to many things.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was the perfect house to celebrate our 40th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The pool, playground, game rooms and basketball court provided plenty of options to keep everyone entertained without leaving the property yet there was also lots to do in close proximity if anyone wanted something else. The house is beautiful and spacious with ample room to accommodate all of us. We had a fantastic time and hope to stay at this mini resort again in the future.

Erin's 40th Birthday Celebration

The house and property were both amazing! Our host Susan was always available to quickly answer any questions or concerns. The house could not have been more perfect for our 30's themed Murder Mystery Dinner that Erin's Sister and Cousin spearheaded and hosted. We all loved the house and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations provided. It was a huge plus that linenes, towels and paper products were in the house as well as plenty of coffee! I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering renting a house in this area!

Awesome home

We had a wonderful time staying for a week at this beautiful home. There was more than enough room for our party of 8 adults and 7 children. An amazing family vacation

This house had everything we needed. It has the feeling of complete privacy with the benefits of having everything you might need in close proximity. We walked some mornings to downtown Glen Falls and it was under 30 minutes to get to Lake George or Saratoga. Some days we didn’t even leave the property and just relaxed by the pool or in the sunroom. Kitchen is gorgeous and the house was stocked with everything we needed. So much space and different rooms to enjoy. We even had a private chef come in and cook for us one night. Susan was a wonderful host and extremely responsive. Highly recommend this home

Wonderful property in great location

We had an amazing time at Susan’s estate which was comfortably entertained 15 kids and adults for the week. The property is wonderful and was everything we could have asked for in a location to host our family reunion. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time on property. The outside is great
.we all enjoyed the pool and Playground. So much fun. Property manager is awesome
 super responsive to any question we had. Had the cleaning people (Nicole and crew) come extra days to help out and they were also fabulous. And we had Susan Garth of Susans Natural Kitchen prepare some meals for us

Amazing, immaculate, fun home!!

We had a great family reunion at this amazing, gorgeous, immaculate, fun filled home! Everyone loved the pool, fire pit, and large yard for whiffle ball. The grandchildren loved the pond with frogs, basketball ball court and playground. We didn’t even feel the need to leave because we were having so much fun at this home. Susan was great and very accommodating. We are already booked for next year. Can’t wait!!

Great place for family vacation

Lovely property, plenty of comfortable space for our family. A little challenging for a two year old as it is spread out, but great for the others. Susan was really responsive to any issues that came up. Highly recommend.

Memories forever

This location deserves 5 stars + + + and more! It had everything you could possible want for both indoor and outdoor living. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, outdoor gazebo, firepit, pond and playground. The rooms were spacious and the huge dining room accommodated our entire family. Great home for our post-Covid Family reunion

We had an amazing time at “Tranquility.” The kids had a blast. They enjoyed all the house had to offer. The adults made use of all of the amenities and spaces. Loved being able to cook in that amazing kitchen; we fed the whole troop pretty easily given all the space. We will definitely be back!

Amazing house!

The photos looked amazing but did not do this magnificent home justice. The home was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Everyone had the best time. There was so much to do. We had teenagers and toddlers who were never bored. The game room with two TVs, music a pool table and more, kept everyone entertained. The house is huge with beautiful and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. It also had two offices so we managed to get work done as well. The owner’s taste is impeccable. We loved the sunroom for coffee in the morning. Susan, the property manager made herself available anytime we had a question. She was professional and very sweet and gave us great recommendations for activities for kids and for local restaurants. We will be back and will certainly recommend this beautiful home to friends. July 2020 Stay Review

We had a terrific time in Upstate NY! We were a party of 18. 8 adults and 10 children. The layout of the house was perfect with 4 master bedrooms and plenty of room for the kids to bunk up! The house layout and amenities were terrific. The kids so enjoyed the pool, playground and pond. The kitchen was beautiful and butlers pantry was awesome for extra fridge storage. Overall we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!
