My rating would've been 5 Stars, but I was very disappointed in how the owner chose to handle a situation. The Good: The place was very clean and well kept. It's very comfortable and has a great vibe (Industrial Sheek). The units all appear to be very new and in excellent condition. The Bad: When I got into bed my first night, the amount of scented fabric softener was overwhelming, to the point it kept me awake much of the night. By the time morning came, had a terrible headache. I told the property manager (who was awesome, btw), and he said he'd get fresh sheets put on ASAP, which he did. Because of the strong fragrance, I was concerned the odor would permeate through the fresh sheets and asked if the owner would let me out of the contract a day early so I could get a hotel room somewhere else. He wouldn't let me out of the contract, so I had a second crappy night sleep. The shower head also was on the floor of the shower, so my shower in the morning was not very enjoyable. The property manager made sure it got fixed by the evening, so that wasn't too bad.All in all, I recommend the place, unless you have fragrance sensitivity or just don't like strong perfumes on your sheets and towels.
