"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful in explaining to us how to get to attractions. All staff greeted us in a friendly manner. . The only issue we had was at checkin since our rooms weren’t ready. We checked our bags with some confusion and even though we were told we would receive a message when our rooms were ready, but never did. This being said, we would return in a heartbeat. One thing to note. In this day and age we need to be careful of scams. I had received two messages, supposedly from this hotel which were very realistic requesting confirmation of our booking. Luckily I didn’t press the link because I was suspicious. When I mentioned this to the staff at reception, I was informed that they had been hacked and they were glad I hadn’t used the link. I would have liked an email immediately after the hotel realized its records had been hacked."

"This is a quiet hotel in the middle of Victoria downtown. It’s our second time. The kitchenette was unexpected , located away from the bedroom. The sofa was a bit hard . Wifi was weak but you can use the computer in the basement. Also the laundry room is on the ground floor."
