The only thing I didn’t like was that when we walked in the room smelled musky like a dirty towel or mop.

Parking was very convenient since ut was underground. The front desk was very friendly and they offered me early check in which was very convenient for me and my family. The room was clean and the pool was open so the kids got to swim. Very satisfied with the stay and would go back again.

I was expecting a nicer hotel after I read the online reviews of a remodel. It still appears to be run down. The hallway floors are uneven. The furniture in the lobby was dirty. Our hot water in shower went from warm to cold then scalding hot when someone flushed or showered in another room. Our bathroom light went out and when we called to have it fixed. They came and instead of fixing it both the light and fan then would not work. We had no bathroom light or fan for 2 days while they waited for the part. I then had to ask again to have it fixed. Showering was miserable with no fan. The smaller bed had some sort of plastic covering that made a terrible noise when you moved. We were called at midnight and woken up by the front desk to ask if someone had fallen. We were all asleep! Not sure what was going on there. I did appreciate the beach towels, chairs and the umbrellas. The location was great as was the covered parking. They provided iced water in the lobby what was very refreshing. The price of the hotel was reasonable. The staff was great. They were very responsive to our situation and helped us without complaint! Thank you!

The hotel was beautiful!! Love the detail of the lobby and corridor. Felt very comfortable. They put a lot of thought into comfort for their guest. Our check in was great- we got our room and we’re unpleasantly surprised that we had a room against the freeway, so when I went downstairs to ask about changing rooms: Kendall was very accommodating, sweet and she gave us an upgraded room, balcony, ocean view !! The rooms were great: spacious and clean! Quiet halls - you could just Smell the cleanliness throughout the halls! Great poolside, but in March- the pool was FREEZING but the hot tub was awesome! Lots of shops within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again if we ever need to be in that area again.
