It is located 500 meters from the city center and at a distance of less than 1000 meters from the most interesting areas of the city: Playas de la Concha and Zurriola, Shopping Area, Casco Viejo, Kursaal and Barrio de Gros. Bus and train stations are less than 300 meters away. Public parking is available nearby (Parking Atotxa Empark and Station Parking).
The BELLE EGIA apartment has been completely renovated in March 2019. It is a fifth floor and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen / dining room / lounge. Free high speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. Samsung Smart TV with free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Very comfortable for 4 people. The kitchen / dining room / lounge and one of the rooms are exterior facing south and overlooking Egia Street and the Tabakalera Cultural Center.
