- Floors have a bare cement finish. If you walk barefoot be aware that cement leaves stains on feet or socks. Please be assured we do our best to keep the place 100% clean.

‱ If your dog has a barking tendency when left alone we kindly ask that you bring them with you when leaving the loft as we do have other guests in the building

‱ Pet feces must be cleaned after.
‱ Pet cannot be washed or bathed in tubs or sinks
‱ FEES: Pet urinating indoors will result in a $100 floor disinfecting fee

‱ You must CLIMB a ladder to reach one of the sleeping areas of this loft. This area is not for children, elderly, or those with physical and/or medical restrictions or special needs. It is not recommended to use for those under the influence. We cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents sustained.
‱ No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property or building.
‱ Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.

Overall great stay!!! Loved the place and the area
.. lots to eat! We stayed a week and could have used more towels, kitchen doesn’t have all essentials but enough to make it happen. Lorena was super attentive and helpful when needed and we will stay here again!!!

A Great Stay with only Minor Issues

This is a great property. It essentially looks just like in the photos - so there's no unwanted surprises. The property was mostly pros, but I'll list a few cons too.THE PROS:- Just like the photos- Great neighborhood, good food within walking distance- Clean and safe- Very cool vibe, working basketball game, enormous TV.THE CONS:- The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom was just the same dial soap in three generic, expensive looking bottles. Definitely pack your own.- There are wine glasses available, so we bought wine. Unfortunately, there's no corkscrew so we had to get creative with a knife. If you're going to leave out wine glasses, a corkscrew makes sense. - The shower door handle fell off while I was in there. It was never screwed into place. There was a rain shower head but it was installed like a regular shower head (off the wall as opposed to off of the ceiling) meaning it just trickles when you try to use it. - The toilet paper dispenser was not properly installed, and the toilet paper would just fall off of it constantly. Most of the bathroom fixtures appeared to be installed in a rush or installed by someone who didn't fully know what they were doing. - The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were weirdly stiff and over-stuffed. - The bed on the loft is essentially not even usable as it's too perilous going up and down it in the middle of the night. It looked like fun but wasn't practical. CONCLUSION: Good overall.
