"Very trendy, IG vibes, minimalist style, nice decor, clean, reasonably priced, wasn't expecting parking fee but although nominal they graciously waived it due to our tv not working. I've stayed in the area numerous times and area is really safe yet property was gated but not sure if it was manned by front desk bc it remained open as far as I noticed. Hotel lobby and elevator access could be more secure for solo f travelers but again area is very safe. Got a good deal through Expedia which included free breakfast for up to 4 ppl. Hot breakfast with nice variety. They also have AM coffee bar & PM wine bar both reasonably priced. Jeanne at front desk was there when we checked in in the evening and when we came down for breakfast. She was the one who also came to check our tv. Always with her smiling eyes and pleasant demeanor. Excellent hospitality service! She gets 5 stars!! I look forward to staying here again! "
