"There were 12 of us who stayed at the property! Grandparents and two adult couples with their three children each… Six grandkids foreign under. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the layout. The grandparents could be on one of the house and the families with young kids could be on the other side of the house. The kitchen area was massive, as was the island. The house was stocked extremely well. There were so many spices we didn’t need to shop for any. There was also plenty of toilet tissue, Keurig pods and paper towels. There were lots of beach towels as well as bath towels, with on-site laundry. The kids loved the pool. We spent a lot of time in there. There’s a park at the end of the street less than a mile away with some fun filled play equipment as well as a splash pad. They only die on side of the house is that it’s at least 2 to 3 miles from a grocery store or restaurants. Otherwise, this house was fantastic. The sofa was also massive. Almost all of us could fit on at the same time. They have two pack and plays and two high chairs that they had set up for us when we arrived. We felt very welcomed."

"Pam is absolutely wonderful host and very responsive to messages, even checking in upon our arrival. We loved the set up of her home the 2 bedrooms were on one side of house than the master bedroom and bath giving the kids and us some privacy. We absolutely loved the pool and deck with kayaks. Would stay here again. Thank you again Pam. "

"Everything we needed was there. They pool was great. Could not figure out how to turn on ceiling fans or lock sliding door but owner assured me he would look into it. I would definitely recommend this as a nice getaway. Thank you "

"We travel often, using VRBO--this home was just that a home. Home was clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We traveled with our labs and having a fenced yard allowed us to sit and relax while our dogs sniffed around. The neighborhood is family oriented and felt safe. Outside was well appointed and if I had to be picky I would probably replace the outdoor cushions. Lots of aoce for 3 teenager, two dogs and my husband and I to not feel crowded. nighttime was so relaxing with the pool lights on! There are fans in the outdoor area so even in June there is a nice breeze. We can wait to go back and will definitely rent with Einav again! "

"It was everything in the picture. There are 2 bathrooms, I just did not think about the one being in the master bedroom and 1 hall bath. Which was fine, but my teens had to keep coming in our room to shower or use the bathroom when hall bath was being used. The house was spacious with a lot of different seating options. The kids loved the pool and the teens loved the hot tub."
