This house was fabulous and lived up to our expectations and then some! We loved the screened-in patio and pool area! The water was always clean and our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool toys. I enjoyed the alcove off the kitchen outside when I needed a respite from the sun. It also protected from the wind later in the evening.The house itself was beautiful with wide sliding doors opening to the patio all along that side of the house. The reclining couches in the living and family roomsWere the most comfortable we’ve ever sat in!Can’t think of one thing that was missing in the kitchen; all our needs were met.Both the owners and the caretakers in Florida were easy to reach, and so friendly and helpful!It was a great stay!

We loved staying at this rental home! It was updated, very clean, and had all we needed for our vacation, even beach chairs for our beach days and pool toys for the kids, a pleasant surprise! The home spacious and very clean. It is near the park on Tampa Bay which is a great place to walk and enjoy the bay views. The Manatee Viewing Ctr is just up the road and always fun to visit.

Wonderful weekend stay! Very nice house with ideal amenities when traveling (large bedrooms, big kitchen, several areas to relax in the house). We loved having coffee in the morning by the pool! We would definitely rent again! Owners were easily reached and a pleasure!
