The breakfast buffet although well stocked was not well served. Cold and hard bacon , the muffins seemed like day olds with little freshness. The shuttle to the airport was great. Friendly professional driver was a great start to my day.

If you want a quiet place to stay this is NOT the place for you. It's incredibly LOUD. The description for this place on Travelocity is completely incorrect: there is NO room service, NO club floor, NO microwaves in the rooms. The front desk never picks up the phone and the kids they have working there can't answer any questions. The amount you pay for parking is outrageous. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is because it's very clean, the bed is super comfortable, and the Indian food in the restaurant is very good. **When I complained to Travelocity about this they basically told me tough luck and ended the chat!**

Excellent room, 2 Queen. CLEAN. Well laid-out. Stayed 3 eves. Even microwave (now on each floor) was well maintained on our 4th fl. (get this...(clean as a whistle" !!) Terrific, helpful front desk. The Restaurant & Bar- 5 stars. Food was superior. No junk. Ate there 3 times! Breakfast looked very good but had to by-pass due to our schedule. Shuttle service just super - both times -to Car rental & TPA Airport. Would stay again next time when visiting FL cousins. Thank you Holiday Inn!

Your staff is terrible tried to call front desk no one answered went to front desk told i called twice and no one answered " he said the phone didn't ring " very rudely!! I ask for a wake up call for 5 am went to check out at 5 am no one at the front desk some kid on his phone hat on backwards said what do you want i said i need a receipt he went outside i waiting about 5 minutes for someone to come in when the man finally came he had a very strong smell of Marijuana and i guess he had to finish his joint before he helped me i asked for a receipt because i needed to submit it for a refund as my flight was canceled the previous day he gave me every excuse of why he couldn't give me a paper receipt i had to catch a flight so i just left you really need to start firing employees like this

The largest issue was a lack of warm water. It was shocking that at 6 am all that was coming out of the shower was cold. There was not even a hint of warm regardless of how far the handle was turned. The room was nice and the location was great for what I was doing. Don't know what my $15 for parking got me.
