The room was hot when we arrived. I left the AC blowing all night, it never cooled down. Then the shower was ice cold. My son couldn’t even tolerate it long enough to bathe. Turned to the hottest temp and the water was still cold.

Great location inside, kind of Leary about the area. "Linda" at the front desk was amazing! She checked me in fast and efficient, then I called while in the room and she answered, very professional, and helpful.

We booked a king bed and got a queen. The room was dirty and the electrical sockets were very loose. The couch was stained and have screws on it. The toilet was very short and not easy to use.

We have stayed here many times and this was our last visit. Due to check in and our experience with who checked us in. They could have easily resolved the issue and kept us as returning customers. Totally disappointed.

HORRIBLE PLACE- the room smelled like cigarettes, bathrooms had hair & not properly cleaned, towel stains, room warm, Pool was out of order. Do yourself a favor and don’t bring your family here and pay the extra $40 to stay in a decent hotel. I learned my lesson you get what you payed for.

Don’t stay here.

The property was not anything of what its pictures showed. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and air freshener. Stayed up all night listening to a prostitute argue with someone on the balcony about getting paid. The place looked like a bomb went off on it.

Not What We Expected

The day after the reservation was paid for I received an email stating that the pool is closed and under construction. There was an elevator to the second floor but it was only beneficial if you didn’t have a stroller like we did. There were 5 steps that we needed to bring a stroller down in order to get to the second floor outside rooms. Upon entering the room there was strong cleaning chemical semell. My wife and son have breathing issues so staying in the room was a no go. The condition of the room was mediocre. -The lamp in between the beds was very dusty and was also unplugged - The tv services did not work and neither did the WiFi -The wicker chair in the room felt like I was going to go through it -The bathtub has a soap scum ring around it -The sink in the bathroom was not clean Some things could have been overlooked for the money paid for the room but the chemical smell was a no go for us. We have a 18 month toddler that has a lot of health problems so not staying on the room was a no brainer. Another room was offered but it would have been in a similar if not the same type of room.

The smell of the room was a very strong pine sol like smell, so bad. Pool was supposed to be open but not. Just is very run down and didn’t look like the pictures at all, bed was uncomfortable, door handle on sliding door was broken just wasn’t what I was expecting for the price at all.

Photos vs reality

The photos of the room and hotel surroundings are completely misleading. It looks like the pictures were taken when the pool and common areas were newly renovated, but the hotel is currently in poor condition. The pool is out of service, and the tiki bar looks abandoned—there’s no sign of anyone working there. The room I received was nothing like what I saw in the photos when I made the reservation. The bathroom was especially outdated—probably 20 or 30 years old. I'm not sure if they uploaded photos of a different, recently remodeled section of the hotel, but what I experienced was very disappointing
