Ahmed was on duty and the hotel is very full due to a nationwide winter storm. He was very professional and friendly. He was understanding and helped me check-in quickly. The hotel lobby had fresh coffee. The restaurant was closed till evening dinner but looked clean. The pool and pool area was very clean with new loungers and tables with umbrellas. There were clean and soft towels poolside. My room was so clean and spacious! The LG TV is so clear and a large size. The room and bathroom were immaculate! The Crabtree & Evelyn products have always been favorites of mine so I appreciate the elevated products. The water pressure in the shower was great as well. The reason for the 4 stars? The AC and thermostat were not in sync. Granted the temp outside was cold and there was a cold draft around the AC unit, but the thermostat made the room cold, then hot overnight.

This hotel is very nice. However you do have to pay $12 for parking on the hotel property and you also have to pay $18 for a buffet breakfast. If you reserve a hotel room off of a different site it doesn’t tell you that breakfast is an additional charge but overall the place is very clean. Service is amazing 10 out of 10.
