The bed was comfortable and room was clean, but it did not meet my expectations for a ramada and for the price. Place was pretty scruffy overall, with scuffed and damaged floors and furnishings. Bathroom door didn't close and light fixture in bathroom flickered. Toilet often failed to flush completely. The AC unit was noisy, and it was always too warm or too cold. Soundproofing was poor, so street noise was excessive, and could hear people in neighboring rooms. Inch of daylight at bottom of room door because there was no flange. Staff were fine, except check in clerk didn’t give me any password for wi fi with key cards, so I had to go back down to get it. They didn’t answer phone when I called to ask. No microwave in room, and breakfast area closed at 9, which is earlier than usual for hotels that cater to tourists, IME. No places that served food late were nearby, or at least clerk didn’t know of any. This is a problem when your flight from west coast got in at 10:30 PM and airport food places and shops were all closed as well. Went to bed rather hungry the first night. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it is something to consider for folks flying in from the west coast.

Elevator panels were cracked and peeling off. Room was musty and damp .I had a hard time controlling the temperature in the room . Towels didn't dry even overnite . No where to sit in the room besides the bed .

When I arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk . No bell or any other way to let them know I was there . I tried calling the hotel and the phone actually rang at the front desk so obliviously there was no one to answer. Finally after about 10 minutes someone came out from the back . Room only had the bar minimum, no chair to sit. Also, the panel in the elevator was coming off . Very disappointed as the reviews I read said it was a good place to stay .
