There are good reasons this place is rated higher than the big cluster of adjacent hotels in this section of Tampa. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, and a fantastic breakfast buffet included in the price of the room (you won’t stop eating the fresh doughnut holes).

Nice location. Rooms are spacious. Shower is nice. Staff could use some training. Valet parking should be an option not mandatory. They don’t give water bottles you have to go to the gym to get a water refill, that if you have a tumbler with you.Interior decor us updated. Hotel lobby smells nice rooms.

Starting with parking, NOT EXITING! We drive a Tesla , no keys, they could not accommodate our car on valet parking. Breaklast ends 9:30 am , absolutely no food, nasty, open containers yogurt with no fruits, eggs, waterly canadian bacon, empty container of slush oatmeal with no toppings but sugar, dirty tables, no napkin, water orange juice, disgusting ! Room was ok aside from old and stained carpet. Cleanning staff is polite. Front desk staff was ok. Elevators are usually busy, long waiting time. Will choose another place to stay next time.
