The hotel was beautiful I loved that they had two pool options. Watching the sunset on the hammock was my favorite part of the day.

Toilet wouldn't flush, silverware only available from bar tender who is occupied with chatting when you just want to eat your Uber eats meal in your room after a long day, parking costs $30-$40 extra and requires a low clearance vehicle, no non-carbonated energy drinks in the mini shop. Lipstick on one of the bed sheets.

The Grand Hyatt was a great location. The staff was great we had early check-in. The restaurant was good. The pool area was very nice. The staff was great at the pool and restaurant and hotel loved it.
