They changed our reservation and said they upgraded us when in fact it was a downgrade. They moved us from the hotel to one of their time shares and it was unbelievably dirty, mildew smell, damp, cold and the carpet downstairs was extremely dirty with black spots all over it. Then we called the front desk and they said they didn't have anything available but after complaining and being adamant that we wanted what we paid for they ended up giving us room. When we went to the front desk the gentleman was very unpleasant and didn't even acknowledge our complaint. The room was not bad but the pillows were very small and hard and made it uncomfortable to sleep. This is not a $500 a night hotel at all! We tried to check out on the TV but thatwas not available, another inconvenience. We went to the front desk and again greeted with Rudeness. Didn't ask or care how our stay was. I will do everything possible not to ever stay at another HYATT! Thet need to go through CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.
